Ahh – Miami!!! So much to see, so much to do. Where do we begin?
Situated just off the Palmetto Expressway and minutes from the Florida Turnpike, the Doral is a perfect jumping-off point for exploring all that Miami and South Florida have to offer. Our guests will be 15 minutes from Miami Beach to the east, less than an hour from the Florida Keys to the south, a half-hour drive north to Sawgrass Mills, the country’s largest outlet mall, and minutes away from the Everglades to the west, giving you easy access to South Florida’s top tourist attractions and some of the country’s premier shopping destinations:
Tourist Attractions:
Miami Beach – www.miamibeachvisitorscenter.com
The Art Deco District in Miami Beach is a world-famous landmark that attracts visitors literally from around the world. From South Beach’s beautiful Ocean Drive with its unique hotels and architectural gems, to the exciting energy, beautiful tropical landscaping, and array of shopping options on Lincoln Road and lower Collins Avenue, to the breathtaking mansions and estates of Millionaire’s Row and North Bay Road, to the Jewish areas of interest, including the hauntingly dramatic Holocaust Memorial, the fascinating Jewish Museum of South Florida, and the various shuls, Judaica stores, and kosher restaurants of the 41st Street area, Miami Beach is a world-class tourist destination that will surely delight the senses of any of our guests who take a trip to "the Beach".
Florida Keys – floridakeys.com
A short drive away from the Doral is the entrance to the Florida Keys, a tropical paradise with a host of unique recreational opportunities. The closest island, Key Largo, is home to America’s only coral reef, just a short distance offshore. John Pennecamp Coral Reef State park offers snorkeling, scuba diving, and glass bottom tours of the reef, with its spectacular tropical fish and coral formations. Key Largo and the rest of the Keys also offer private, secluded beaches for family swimming. Half an hour down the famed Overseas Highway, itself a breathtaking attraction which hops over dozens of islands, is the Theater-by-the-Sea, which offers opportunities to swim with dolphins and to watch sea lions and many other animal attractions.
Miami Seaquarium – www.miamiseaqarium.com

This is another place where you can arrange to swim with dolphins.
