We at EdenTours are very excited to announce that all of our catering needs will be provided by Doral Catering, widely renowned for its culinary expertise and the highest standard of white glove service. Chaim Richter of Richter Caterers of Brooklyn, and his chefs, will work with the Doral’s experts to ensure that all of the traditional, haimish menus and recipes are prepared according to our specifications. We are confident that this team of five-star gourmet catering professionals will exceed our expectations for a dining experience that will be unsurpassed – out-of-this world kiddushim, extraordinary tea-room experiences, magnificent buffets, and outstanding professional wait service.
As always, EdenTours is a strictly non-gebrokts program, with only shmura matzah and cholov Yisroel products. Our Rav Hamachshir, Rabbi Dovid Miller, returns to us for his fifth year. With more than 30 years of Pesach hashgacha experience, he is renowned for his expertise in kashrus, and his devotion to assuring adherence to the strictest levels of halacha. His experienced team of mashgichim, which remains intact year after year, works together seamlessly to ensure that all kashrus guidelines are carefully enforced, thus ensuring that your Pesach will exceed the highest standards of kashrus.
