Educational Programming

One of the reasons that EdenTours Pesach has been an extraordinary success was the unparalleled ruchnius, beautiful davening, spirited dancing and singing, and the superb learning opportunities that were experienced throughout Yom Tov.
“The most memorable Pesach we have ever had”, “An unbelievable Yom Tov experience…” , “…nothing like we’ve seen in any other hotel before”  were just some of the comments that we received from our guests.
 
Much of this great response was due to the efforts of the superb lineup of speakers, presenters, baalei tefilah, and musical talents that EdenTours was able to B”H attract. This year, the highlight of our program will be the world-renowned Rav Tzvi Hirsch Weinreb, the Executive Vice President of the Orthodox Union. A former Rav and clinical psychologist in Baltimore, Rabbi Weinreb brings together an incredibly unique set of experiences, skills, and Torah knowledge that coalesce into presentations that are enlightening, entertaining, and inspiring. It is no wonder that Rav Weinreb is one of the most sought-after Torah personalities in the Orthodox community today, and we are thrilled that he will be the featured speaker at EdenTours Florida this year. In addition to Rabbi Weinreb, we have been fortunate to be able to attract some of Aish Hatorah's most electrifying speakers. Rabbi Yaakov Salomon, the talented director of Aish's "Inspired" series and a most gifted speaker, will be joined by the dynamic team of Rabbi Yaakov and Rebbetzin Lori Palatnik, Aish's most sought after female speaker, as well as the charismatic Rabbi Doniel Mechanic, who "wowed" adults and teens alike last year with his provocative and entertaining style.

Entertainment/Activities

EdenTours brings an innovative approach to entertainment to our Pesach program.  This will truly be a "Pesach to Remember" for you and your family.
 
The spectacular Tampa Bay cruise aboard the elegant Starlight Cruise Ship was one of the more memorable highlights of EdenTours Pesach 2006. Imagine enjoying the warm bay breezes, the breathtaking sunset against the orange sky facing St. Petersburg, the unique and delicious desserts, and of course the leibedik dancing and singing.
 
We are delighted to welcome "Yehuda!" who will be bringing his incredible talents and spectacular multi-media show to the beautiful Bayfront Center, an elegantly restored concert hall directly across from the hotel, which hosted last year's enormously popular concert extravaganza. Many reported that it was the most exciting concert experience of their lives. Joining Yehuda will be the incredibly popular EdenTours Boys Choir, led by our own Dr. Jonathan Lasson.

Our EdenTours Father and Son Baseball Game was a huge hit--a real home run!! We will feature  the Little League and Teen games again this year as well as have access to the stadium across the street from the Hilton throughout Chol Hamoed to augment our teen activity program.
 
Your family will delight in our enormously successful Grande Carnival.  Additions include amusement park rides, an expanded petting zoo, and organized races in the playing field. We are also planning a gala pool-side Motzoei Yom Tov Kumsitz featuring the talents of our own staff and guests (bring your own guitar or other instruments!).
 
We are excited to announce that, for the first time, we will be organizing a full-day trip to Orlando, only an hour or so away, where our families will be able to choose from the Magic Kingdom or Universal Studios.
 
Joining us for the first time is the highly acclaimed comedian and TV show host Marc Weiner, whose side-splitting baal teshuva comedy, amazing puppet artistry, and infectiously funny personality has delighted audiences of all ages.

Also planned for Chol Hamoed is a boat trip to a secluded (really) island in the Gulf of Mexico, as well as a trip to the Florida Aquarium, one of the largest in the country.
